Shift Leader – Fatty Ester
Job Description :
- Supervise the performance of DCS Operators and Field Operators on duty
- Identify possible problems throughout the production process based on analysis of operational conditions and equipment conditions in the field
- Monitor the movement of raw material, product and by-product tank levels to see whether they are as desired
- Check the condition of the ester plant and all equipment used including related utilities
- Implement all SOPs and instructions related to operations at the ester plant
- Report all operational conditions via forms and other available media
Job Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Having at least 3 years of working experience as Operator in handling Fatty Ester and/or has experience as shift leader in Fatty Acid
- Experience in Oleochemical area will be an advantage
- Willing to be located in Medan
