Sortation Center Lead
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Monitor the daily operations of the sortation center through supervision of the inbound, sorting, bagging, reprocessing and outbound process
- Ensure all function in the sortation center is running well in accordance with the SOP
- Manpower planning in accordance with the fluctuations in the daily volume
- Monitoring team productivity, capacity and tools in the sortation center
- Conduct briefing with warehouse team (5S implementation & reporting)
Persyaratan:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years experience in Logistics (Minimum 3 years as a Warehouse Supervisor/Asst Manager) and 3 years in a Sorting Center
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Willing to work in shifts and travel
- Willing to be placed in Kediri
