CSR External Senior Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Build & maintain relationships and communication with local communities, government / regional officials, NGOs, etc.
- Building networks/Community Relations and lobbying with local communities, government/regional officials, NGOs, etc. Ensuring external/community issues are resolved properly and appropriately
- Preparing annual Work Plans & Budgets as well as partnership programs at all sites & projects Evaluate, document, report monthly work results & make improvements to work programs that are less effective.
- Prevent, manage & resolve social issues that occur and actively involved in all projects
Requirements:
- Have mandatory skills & work experience in the field of community development, communication & relationship building
- Minimum 3 years experience in the field of External Relations
- Have skills in the field of UX Researcher
- Understand culture and have good communication skills with the local community
- Willing to be placed and assigned to all sites, have a good attitude, honest, friendly and loyal to the company
