Lead Fulfillment BPO Region 4

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Manage and monitor fulfillment manpower for couriers (riders and drivers) with vendors and the recruitment team.
• Analyze manpower hiring and propose new initiatives.
• Manage and monitor courier partners, including attendance, handling requests, issuing warnings, terminations, and escalating issues to HRBP.
• Monitor courier insurance and coordinate in case of accidents.
• Develop new hiring channels (community, government, referrals, etc.) to increase the manpower pool (courier and non-courier).
• Manage and monitor vendor-related KPIs, punishments, rewards, and other ad hoc alignments.
• Prepared to handle extensive expansion, campaigns, and regular hiring.
• Partner with strategic fulfillment for operational needs.

Persyaratan:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering / Management / Law or relevant field.
• Min. 5 years of work experience in human resources, manpower management, business process outsourcing, procurement or vendor management.
• Having experience in leading remote team will be an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent with Ms. Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, SUM IF).
• Able to work under pressure at a fast-moving working pace.
• Enjoy roles that revolve around vendor management & doing repetitive daily operations.
• Able to work in a mobile setting and do several business trips periodically.
• Willing to comply with work from the office scheme (5 days a week, Monday to Friday).
• Main office: Balikpapan city.
